Mary Kathleen is an abandoned mining town and sits somewhere equally between Mount Isa and Cloncurry in north-western Queensland. It was actually a uranium mining site and was actually one of Rio Tinto's first projects. The water has this incredible blue colour to it depending on the time of day, weather and rocks but it's caused by chemical reactions between the water and the metals and salts released from the rocks. This Australian landscape all art print is a Birds Eye view of the site and the surrounding trails to get in.

DELIVERY TIMES

All of our prints ship directly from our studio partner in Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia. Framed prints are generally ready for dispatch within 2-3 weeks and allow additional time for shipping depending on your location. Unframed prints are ready within 7 days. Shipping times to most major Australian metropolitan cities is less than one week. Allow up to 1-2 weeks more for regional and remote locations.
